About TKM Engineering

TKM Engineering (Pty) Ltd was formed in 1992 and operated as a business name until its incorporation in 1995. TKM Engineering is 100% Botswana citizen owned and is managed by qualified engineering professionals.

TKM Engineering (Pty) Ltd is a building and civil engineering construction company able to undertake such projects in Botswana and neighboring countries. The company is run by qualified engineering professionals who also offer project management and design in the fields of roads, water, sewer, storm water drainage and structural designs. 

TKM Engineering operates as a construction company in the following fields:

  • Building Construction
  • Medium to Large Civil Works (Roads, Earth Works, Storm water and Concrete Works)
  • Medium to Large Water and Sewer Works
  • General maintenance of buildings
  • Domestic and Security fencing including Electric Fencing
  • Supplying and Application of BASF Construction Materials

Currently the company is capable of handling different kinds of building construction including residential houses, warehouses, commercial buildings, office buildings and fencing works. The company is also capable of undertaking civil works projects of medium to large size and has to date completed several civil works projects which include water pipe lines, sewer reticulation, roads, storm water drainage, culvert construction, large pipe construction, concrete structures and water treatment plants. TKM Engineering has extensive experience in the maintenance of buildings and has been involved in numerous maintenance contracts involving painting, roofing, carpentry, plumbing and general repair and replacement. We are in association with BASF Construction Chemicals to distribute their materials in Botswana and we are one of their approved applicators. BASF Construction Chemicals include the following:

  • Concrete Repair and Bonding
  • Grouting
  • Water Proofing
  • Performance Flooring
  • Many other specialized construction chemicals
